Participation conditions
Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH is the organiser of this prize draw. By participating in the prize draw, the user declares their agreement with the following participation conditions and responsibility for content.
What can you win?
By participating, you have the possibility to win a journey for two persons to Dubai. There is no entitlement to a specific travel date. The win includes:
- An economy class return flight for two persons from an airport near the winner (the winner is responsible for travel to and from the airport).
- A double room in a hotel for 2 nights
- Should an end customer or an employee of a hairdressing salon win: a hair extension or hair thickening at a Hairdreams partner salon in Dubai
- Should a salon owner win: a Meet & Greet with Mr. Gerhard Ott, the founder of Hairdreams, and a Hairdreams starter kit (for new Hairdreams customers) or an upgrade (for existing Hairdreams customers)
- Should a distributor win: a Meet & Greet with Mr. Gerhard Ott, the founder of Hairdream
Not included: travel costs to and from the airport, travel costs to the hotel, other activities in Dubai, or costs incurred during travel (meals, minibar, telephone etc.)
Furthermore, the following prizes will be raffled among the participants:
- 4 leather travel bags
- 10 blankets
- 36 glass bottles
How can you win?
Participation in the prize draw is automatic when completing a registration for myHairdreams. Postal entries are not considered in the prize draw.
Over what time period does the prize draw take place?
All registrations before April 30, 2022 are counted.
Who can participate?
Participation is free and independent of the purchase of goods. Every natural person may participate. In case of minor participants, Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH assumes the consent of the legal guardian. Participation requires the truthful provision of relevant participant data. Prize draw associations and automated prize draw services are not entitled to participate. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning, as they are filtered and banned from the draw.
Who is excluded from participation?
Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation, insofar as there are legitimate reasons such as contravention of these participation conditions, statement of incorrect or invalid informatioon, double or multiple participation, manupulation etc., and reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings.
In case of an exclusion form the prize draw, the win can be retrospectively disqualified and its return demanded.
Employees of Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH and their families, as well as involved agencies and their families, may not participate in this prize draw.
How are the winners drawn?
The winner is drawn from alll participants by Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH in an independent prize draw procedure.
How do I find out if I have won?
The win notification is through telephone or e-mail contact.
How do I get my prize?
With the win notification, the winners are requested to provide Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH with contact details (if not already known through the registration). The participant is responsible for the correctness of the contact data. Then the winners are contacted by telephone and the further details of the journey are agreed individually. The non-cash prizes will be handed over as follows: Should an end customer win, the prize must be picked up at a Hairdreams salon in the vicinity. Should a hairdresser win, the prize will be delivered directly to the respective salon.
What happens if I do not make contact after being notified of the win?
If a winner does not make contact with Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH within 5 days of win notification, the win expires. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from the pool of entitled participants. The same applies if a winner states incorrect contact details so that the prize cannot be handed over.
Proviso clause
Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the prize draw at any time without notice and without stating reasons. However, Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH shall only exert this right if carrying out the draw correctly cannot be guaranteed for force majeure reasons, technical grounds (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or faults in the hardware and/or software), or legal grounds. Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH is not liable for losses, outages, delays or other damage caused by circumstances outside of their sphere of responsibility. The participant has no right to compensation or other claims against Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH.
Data privacy regulations
The participant in the prize draw explicitly declares their consent that their personal data is stored and used by Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH for the purpose of participation in the prize draw and for mailing advertising campaigns. There is no passing on of personal data to other companies not directly involved in the prize draw. The participant can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH, p. A. Floraquellweg 9, 8051 Graz, e-mail: LD-M@hairdreams.com. A withdrawal does not affect the legitimacy of processing carried out until that point.
Use of photo and/or film material
The winner of the prize draw agrees that Hairdreams produces photo and/or video material in connection with the prize draw, or has it produced, and grants Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH all usage rights to this material as follows: Hairdreams acquires all rights to photos and/or videos of the prize draw participant, as described above, of whatever legal nature according to current or future law (according to domestic, foreign and/or international legislation), especially all property and intellectual property rights. This rights assignment is exclusive. Hairdreams therefore has the irrevocable, free work usage rights unrestricted (worldwide) in time, content and territory, especially to process, publish, reproduce, broadcast, process, develop further, mail it in full or in part, as well as any other possible current or future use (regardless of whether already known), for example also on the Internet or other new media. Hairdreams is also entitled in particular to assign these rights in full or in part to third parties, to issue sublicences or work usage rights and/or work usage authorisations, as well as to exert these rights themselves or through third parties. Hairdreams has no usage obligation. It is not mandatory to name the copyright holder or the winner.
The winner indemnifies Hairdreams against third-party claims made against Hairdreams due to the infringement of third-party rights through the notification/participatioon (e.g. illegitimate use of the issued photo).
Other provisions
Payment of the prize in cash is not possible. Prizes cannot be conferred or assigned to other persons. The draw is not subject to legal recourse. If individual clauses of the participation conditions are or become invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. It shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes the closest to the purpose of the invalid clause. Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH reserves the right to amend the participation conditions at any time.
In case of disputes, the substantive court in Graz/Austria has exclusive responsibility.
The term “participant” and similar terms are understood as gender-neutral.
